Which countries do we ship to?

We ship to all EU countries and mainland Europe, including Switzerland. We currently do not ship to the US, UK, or other non-European destinations. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, please contact our customer service team at support@rezready.nl.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders placed before 11:59 PM are delivered the next day in the Netherlands. Orders to other EU and European countries typically arrive within 5-7 business days. All orders include tracking information so you can follow your shipment in real-time. Please note that we currently do not offer expedited shipping options.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation intact. If you wish to return an item, please contact our support team to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
